Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

* The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

* All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included.

* The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

* The product is not marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, washing, alteration, or improper handling will not be accepted.

The following items are not eligible for return:

* Sale or clearance items

* Customized or personalized products

* Hygiene-related items

* Gift cards

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

* Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

* Share clear photos as proof of the issue.

* Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

* Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

* Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

* For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your provided bank account details.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges are available for:

* Size issues (subject to stock availability)

* Defective or damaged items

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

* We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

* korazi.pk is not responsible for lost return parcels.

* Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

* Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
