1. Order Processing Time

     *    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

     *    Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

     *    During high-demand periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.


2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

     *    Major cities: 2–4 business days

     *    Other areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

korazi.pk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.


3. Shipping Charges

     *    Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before completing your order.

     *    Promotional offers such as free shipping may be available for limited periods.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.

     *    Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

     *    Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in order cancellation or restriction from future COD purchases.

     *    korazi.pk reserves the right to request advance payment from customers with a history of order refusals.


5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

     *    Delivery delays may occur.

        Additional courier charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

     *    korazi.pk is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details (if available) will be provided via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery status.


7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

     *    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at korazipk@gmail.com.

     *    Provide your order number and clear photos (if damaged).

We will investigate the matter with the courier service and provide a suitable resolution.


8. International Shipping

Currently, Korazi.pk ships within Pakistan only.


9. Delays Beyond Our Control

Korazi.pk shall not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by:

     *    Natural disasters

     *    Strikes or courier disruptions

     *    Government restrictions

     *    Public holidays

     *    Force majeure events
