Fraud Prevention
korazi.pk reserves the right to:
* Cancel any order flagged as high-risk or suspicious.
* Request additional verification (CNIC, phone confirmation, advance payment).
* Refuse service to customers with a history of fraudulent activity or repeated order refusals.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
* Customers selecting Cash on Delivery agree to accept the parcel at the provided address.
* Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in account blacklisting.
* korazi.pk reserves the right to require advance payment for future orders if COD misuse is detected.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
* Customers must contact us at korazipk@gmail.com before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
* Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
* We reserve the right to provide order confirmation, delivery proof, and communication records to financial institutions in dispute cases.
* Customers initiating unjustified chargebacks may be permanently restricted from future purchases.
6. Shipping & Delivery
* Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
* We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
* Risk of loss passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

* Refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements.
* Deny refund requests involving used, damaged, or altered items.
* Deduct shipping and handling fees where applicable.
